If you need straightforward services without the fuss, Jet Wash is a good choice. I only had to look at a few before-and-after shots to see that the attention to detail is solid.
The driveways looked brand new. Zooming into crucial spots, I can clearly see that tough stains were removed effectively.
Beyond this top workmanship, booking their services was relatively easy. They’re open 24 hours, and contacting them via phone is seamless.
The only thing to take note of is that response times would vary during peak months. Availability during those periods is also naturally tight.
Arrival times are prompt, so clients’ schedules aren’t disrupted at all. Plus, they leave the area clean and organised to the point you can’t even tell they were there.
I have no issues with their pricing, either. Rates are average, billing is honest, and requesting a quote is never a hassle.
Rescheduling management just needs a bit of work, as I heard a few complaints. Everything else is great.

I find their customer service is reliable and responsive too. I communicated with them both via phone and email, and they replied promptly and respectfully on both channels.

While these are not exactly downsides, extra charges apply for oil, rush, and stain removal.
I don’t have a lot of trust in their online forms, either. I had a better experience reaching them via phone, so if you want to book an appointment, taking that route is better.
