They also manage pretty much everything. Clients can come to them for venue sourcing, lighting, entertainment, and full logistics.
Good Looks even mixed creative ideas with a super tight and organised execution. Clients mentioned how smoothly they managed vendors without missing a single detail.
Another key point is how well they handle big, high-pressure events. One example is an event involving over 250 guests, where they were able to handle the occasion despite the strong weather.
Additionally, they work well even in a crisis. In some cases, they literally rescued events at the last minute by fixing schedules or sourcing difficult-to-book entertainers in under a week.

We learned about West End Events because of their all-inclusive and fully packaged parties. They cover dinner, entertainment, and venue setup in one booking.
Most events already include 4.5 hours of unlimited drinks. They even provide a 3-course meal, live bands, and themed decor all rolled into one ticket.
Their themed events are known to be very immersive. A few clients even pointed out that the venues feel like stepping into a movie—to name a few, The Great Gatsby, Winter Wonderland, and Murder Mysteries.
We also liked the entertainment variety. Apart from the typical lineup of DJs, they also offer casino games, photobooths, and dancers to the mix.
Planning is smooth for big events. Previous clients mentioned how well they handled last-minute changes while still managing huge shared parties.
Unfortunately, we heard a few complaints that some events can be inconsistent depending on the venue or night.

“Our company joined West End Events for their Great Gatsby shared christmas party this December and what a fantastic night it was! Good food, drinks flowed all night and a fantastic band. The team loved dressing up. As it was a shared party the vibe was brilliant with around 400 people in the room, but we felt we always had our own space with our own tables. The team were very responsive and helpful on the run up and it was very good value for money. I am sure we will be back next year to try a different theme!”
