  • Treatment Variety: A good clinic should offer more than just a basic cleanse and mask. We prioritised places featuring a mix of modern technologies, manual massage techniques, and specialised condition-focused options.
  • Pricing and Transparency: Clear, upfront pricing is essential for anyone trying to book a skincare service. We verified that the clinics provide detailed cost breakdowns and clearly communicate their cancellation policies.
  • Expertise and Results: The best aesthetic clinics deliver visible, long-lasting improvements. We analysed real feedback to ensure these practitioners genuinely understand advanced skincare science.

Address: 7 Henrietta Street, Covent Garden

Contact: 07793 401937 | [email protected]

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Saturday-Sunday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Covent Garden Skin Clinic really stands out because of their customised facial menu. They offer everything from lymphatic drainage and lifting treatments to pregnancy-safe options.

You can easily book a 75-minute signature facial that targets exactly what you need, like breakouts or fine lines. A close friend recently tried their lymphatic massage facial and couldn’t stop talking about how much it reduced her morning puffiness.

It’s no surprise they’re known as one of the city’s top aesthetic clinics, especially since their microcurrent lifting can help you get tighter contours without any surgery. Plus, they offer toxin-free facials for expecting mothers.

The only catch is they use AlumierMD skincare for all facials, so you might feel limited if you like other brands.

Pros

  • Dedicated 75-minute bespoke signature facial
  • Specialised lymphatic drainage treatment
  • Non-invasive microcurrent lifting available
  • Toxin-free facial for expecting mothers

Cons

  • Limits facials to AlumierMD products

My skin looked amazing afterwards

I have had the signature facial and an enzyme peel with Sharon. Both treatments were excellent – my skin looked amazing afterwards. The facial is lovely and relaxing as you get a quick massage whilst the products are working. Sharon is so knowledgeable and passionate about skin care but also really down to earth and lovely. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to anyone!

I left with my skin looking as glowy as ever

This was my first time going and I decided I was in much need of a facial. Sharon was AMAZING. She explained the entire process of the signature facial. I told her all of my skin concerns and she gave me a step-by-step routine, product recommendations and reasons for why my skin is the way it is. I left with my skin looking as glowy as ever, along with a better idea of how I should move going forward with my skincare routine.

My skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards

I had a really lovely experience at My Face London. I booked a deep cleansing facial with a massage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The treatment was both relaxing and effective — my skin felt incredibly clean, refreshed, and glowing afterwards.

The therapist was professional, gentle, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the session. The facial massage was especially soothing and added such a nice touch to the whole experience.

I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality skincare and a relaxing treatment. I’ll be coming back again!

The smoothness in my skin is nothing short of incredible

Had a rough few months and felt I needed some self care for myself.  It was lucky I went, did not realise how badly my skin needed some help.  This was my first ever facial, and I’d never been to somewhere for self care in this way before, but Aleksandra made me feel immediately comfortable.  I had the Hydrafacial and the difference in smoothness in my skin is nothing short of incredible.  Beyond the facial itself, Aleksandra recommended some products for me which I bought afterwards myself online, and she even followed up with helping me with my daily routine.

If you have a packed schedule, they offer a rapid 30-minute express facial that includes basic extractions and herbal exfoliation. For maintenance between intense procedures, their customised facials keep your complexion perfectly balanced.

Plus, they provide face-to-face skin assessments and medical history reviews before each medical-grade treatment. This ensures new clients begin a personalised skin journey tailored to their specific needs.

However, several advanced options require a consultation and patch test at least 24 hours ahead, making same-day treatments impossible.

Pros

  • Diamond dermabrasion paired with extractions
  • Maintenance facials to support skin health

Cons

Great service and vibe

I have been back and had another great experience and facial! The girls here continue to give such a great service and vibe! The results are amazing and speak for themselves and if you follow your advise with skincare the results last! The facial I have is the herbal peel and it can be intense for some but I’m the few who actually like the pain! It is a favourite and all of the girls I have seen have been amazing skin therapists

Made me feel comfortable every time

I’ve seen Hannah for a deep cleanse facial and a couple green peels over the course of the last couple years and she has made me feel comfortable every time. From our very first interaction (consultation) I was impressed and knew she was going to be my skin lady! She is super professional, but so friendly. Hannah is also really knowledgeable, she is very obviously experienced in this field, especially with working with pigmentation in darker skin. After battling with my acne and pigmentation for years, taking all sorts of things, she is transforming my skin with every appointment! 💫

Pros

  • Condition-specific treatments for acne and rosacea
  • Tailored perimenopause and menopause options

My skin is clearer and brighter

I’ve been having regular clinical facials at Kate Kerr London for over 4 years now and am really happy with the results! At Kate Kerr, I’ve had a tailored and straightforward plan from the start, supported with clinical facials every 5-or-so weeks. I do believe the consistency of this approach, alongside a few select aesthetic treatments (IPL & chemical peels), have done wonders for my complexion. My acne breakouts and hyperpigmentation have both reduced significantly and, overall, my skin is clearer and brighter! 🙂

I was able to see amazing results

I have been coming every 6 weeks for the past year to have facials with Saoirse and I couldn’t be more happy with my face! After years of struggling with a difficult complexion, Saoirse has identified that I have rosacea, something that my previous dermatologist has not mentioned to me. In the past, I tried many different products, which never showed any significant results as I’ve had from my facials with Saoirse.

I followed the skin care routine that I had from Saoirse and I was able to see amazing results (with time!).

5. Skin Laundry Soho

skin-laundry-soho

Website: skinlaundry.uk

Address: 9 Newburgh Street, Carnaby

Contact: +44 20 3976 8978

Hours: Monday-Tuesday, 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM | Wednesday-Friday, 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Saturday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM | Sunday, 11:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Skin Laundry Soho specialises in cutting-edge, technology-led facial treatments. They use their signature Neodymium-Doped Yttrium Aluminium Garnet (Nd: YAG)  laser to tackle adult acne, pigmentation, and fine lines.

They provide a robust collagen laser facial that effectively tightens existing fibres and stimulates new production for all skin tones.

Their menu also includes fractional resurfacing, Hydrafacials, and SkinPen microneedling for clients wanting multiple advanced options in one place.

The only catch is that every new client must start with a mandatory 15-minute Signature Laser Facial so a registered nurse/laser therapist can assess your skin’s response.

Because of this rule, you can’t simply walk in and choose a heavy resurfacing treatment straight off the menu.

Pros

  • Advanced laser treatments for all skin tones
  • Targets acne, pigmentation, and fine lines
  • Offers several advanced facial options
  • Stimulates collagen for firmer skin

Cons

  • New clients need mandatory laser assessment

My face felt very fresh afterwards

Had the introduction to signature laser facial with Zuhaira and it felt amazing. It was only half an hour but I feel well informed and my face felt very fresh afterwards. Depending on my future work location I would certainly join the membership as it’s well worth the money. If not then I’ll treat myself every time I come to London. ❤️

The therapist was professional and tactful

Wonderful experience with signature laser and the ultra-duo facial. The therapist was professional and tactful, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure and explaining each of the steps. Made a commitment to an unlimited 3-month membership and excited to see the results!
