I appreciate how thorough and careful their matching process is. They take note of routines, household standards, and expectations before sending clients a shortlist.
With that in mind, I wasn’t surprised to find many long-term clients. Several of them return years later to hire again. The best part is that the quality of service remained just as excellent.
For the level of cleaning, their maids have experience in high-end homes. Many of them are also familiar with childcare and wardrobe care, ideal for fast-moving homes.
Considering the kind of service, it comes as no shock that the fees are high.
Plus, it’s a more specialised kind of professional maid agency service. Unlike other companies, you can’t book a service for a specific type of cleaning.

Maid of London is among my top picks for the range of services. They’re your typical maid agency, offering regular cleaning, deep cleaning, and end-of-tenancy support.
With their offerings, they’re ideal for both part-time and full-time needs. This works well for households that, instead of long-term relationships, prefer flexibility.
I also think the quality of services is great. In interviews, clients always point out how meticulous the approach is. It’s also a plus that they’re comfortable with delicate fabrics in family homes.
As proof of their service quality, I was happy to find out that most clients are repeat clients. I even found several households that have been with them for 5 to 10 years.
Communication is relatively easy. Whenever there are scheduling changes, they’re quick to inform clients and arrange a cover.
If there’s something to consider, it’s that some clients feel that rates are a bit high. There were also rare concerns about dispute handling.

Reviewing Perfect Household Staff, I was most pleased with their personalised approach. Their consultants really take in info on routines, expectations, and personality fit before moving forward.
For specific household tasks, they also have people fit for the needs. Apart from maids, they also offer private chefs, chauffeurs, and housekeepers.
That said, the offerings here are not service-oriented but rather centered on a specific individual or area of expertise. This may not be ideal for households needing flexibility.
Still, they’re a top choice for bigger households with more complex routines. If you need someone more for a full-time role, they’re a better agency to look into.
Candidate matching was also solid. Even the clients I talked to were happy with the placements. They said it felt intentional and aligned with their long-term goals.
Fees are higher, which is to be expected with this kind of service.
You may also find cleaners who are not fluent in English, though I think this doesn’t affect the quality of service.

They can easily work in a big home too. Apart from this, they can also manage rentals and commercial spaces with ease.
One of the things I loved about them was how seamless the booking process was. Through WhatsApp, clients can easily request quotes and schedule a clean on the same day.
Another thing I liked is their use of eco-friendly products. This is a major plus for families who have pets or young kids running around the home.
The quality of clean also speaks for itself. The clients I interviewed all said the results were spotless, similar to what I observed. Even hidden corners were cleaned efficiently.
The one thing that didn’t meet my criteria was staff attitude. While the cleaners are generally respectful, the management staff appear rude and dismissive.
A better customer approach would be appreciated.

I also appreciate their communication. They’re proactive with check-ins and even provide updates through the process. For a full-time arrangement, this is a great way to build trust and reassurance.
Most of the staff matched have been with families for years. Rates and salaries are also handled transparently, which can ease discomfort with negotiations.
Beyond service quality, it’s the staff’s attitude that stood out to me. I always prefer it when cleaners and management are respectful and make you feel truly valued.
Still, I noticed a few areas of improvement. A few clients reported difficulty reaching the agency during urgent placements.
