Additionally, we love the one-off contract cleaning option. This is very cost-effective for those with specific needs, such as move-in or move-out cleaning and preparing for a special event.
Their good reputation was also a green flag. Most of their previous clients we interviewed highly recommended them to us, expressing how exceptional their service is. You don’t get that kind of reputation if your service is anywhere near bad.
The only disadvantage in hiring them is that they’re not available every Sunday. Other than that, their overall service is worth every penny.

Better Call Moe’s extremely attentive team was a big factor in why they’re on our top list. We were very impressed that they cleaned some of our office areas that other companies hadn’t considered needed cleaning, such as the bottom surface of desks.
Their bespoke daily office cleaning is also worth the money. They properly customise their service to meet your needs and preferences, taking into account your office’s layout.
Another great thing is the rolling monthly term contract. This option allows clients to spend time on more important things instead of renegotiating or signing a new contract every time the old one ends.
We found their free on-site survey really helpful for many as well. It gives many clients the chance to walk through their space with the team, highlight their priorities, and get tailored recommendations.
One thing to note is that there was a reported instance of a cancelled cleaning session, which was only met with an apology rather than a clear explanation. While it seems like a one-off situation, it’s still quite disappointing.

We personally experienced how reliable they are. We contacted them at the last minute after another company let us down. They sent a team right away, saving us from stress.
What’s even better was the COVID-19 office deep cleaning. This is a great service to avail of if you’re still cautious about the pandemic. They can disinfect your office areas and objects and sanitise them when you have a confirmed case of COVID-19.
Their wide coverage area is also a plus for us. They provide service to several boroughs in different parts of London, including the north, southeast, and more.
However, you will not receive a reply from them via chats or emails on weekends. This is a hassle, especially when an emergency occurred during those days.
