The attention to detail in their work is evident too. Looking at the results, we can say everything looks spotless. Plus, they customise their cleaning techniques to avoid damage to the roofing system.
We tried many companies, and they’re one of the few that responded promptly. They’re even able to accommodate urgent requests, making them ideal for emergencies.
The company also uses safe, non-toxic cleaning products, which is great for homes with children and pets. The staff’s overall attitude is respectful too, so on-site cleaning is generally stress-free for clients.
We’re just missing a few bits in their offerings. We would’ve liked it better if they were more transparent with their warranty and aftercare policies.
Still, there are many good sides, including their clear quotes and reasonable rates. Job completion is fast, often with no delays (unless unforeseen factors occur, of course).

Speaking of appointments, jobs are well coordinated. We’ve heard multiple praises for their prompt arrival and completion of jobs within the promised timeline.
Their prices are also fair and reasonable, with a few clients even commenting that they’re affordable than most.
Unfortunately, we heard a few complaints about billing miscommunication. They may need to improve quoting terms during on-site visits.

LBC got our attention with their meticulous quality of work. They actually take the time to set up to protect neighbouring properties, which is always a nice touch.
And of course, the workmanship met our standards too. Their process involves inspecting roofing materials and conditions to determine which cleaning techniques to use.
In general, they use soft wash, steam, pressure, and biocidal treatments.
The guarantee on their work also won our favour. For example, they have a 2-year moss-free guarantee. This means that they’ll correct or re-clean results if they don’t meet expectations.
While this is obviously a major advantage, we did encounter reports that the resolution wasn’t satisfactory.
Transparent communication is, at least, a solid advantage. They respond to inquiries fast and update clients from time to time.
The turnaround for completion is also pretty good, considering we didn’t hear any issues with delays. Projects are also always completed on time.
Rates aren’t the cheapest we’ve come across, but they’re still pretty competitive for the quality of work.

We really liked that they’re highly professional and transparent in their work. They offer detailed quotes, proof of insurance, and clear explanations of their process.
Communication is excellent. Both the office staff and on-site team were able to keep clients informed at every stage.
As for efficiency, we saw how punctual, polite, and respectful their team is towards properties.
The workmanship is great as well, with visible, high-quality results that, according to clients, last for a long time. This is largely thanks to their non-pressure methods and biocide treatments that prevent future moss and algae growth.
For assurance, the company offers moss-free guarantees of up to 3 years.
The only dealbreaker would be their relatively higher pricing. They’re not the cheapest option in this list, though a few clients did tell us that they’re worth the investment.
