The quality of work also met everything we’re looking for. Looking through photos, we can say the results are natural-looking and symmetrical.
There’s clear high attention to detail with every procedure done.
We also approve of the way they prioritise a personalised experience. The consultations are detailed, taking enough time to understand the customer’s goals.
The most remarkable part is their honest practice. They may refuse requested treatments if they find them unnecessary.
The services are also competitively priced compared to other clinics on Harley Street. And with the attentive customer service, it does seem like customers really get their money’s worth.
However, it’s the same area where we found issues. A few customers complained of rude staff behaviour. Others complained of appointment rescheduling without prior notice.

The quality of work really shines through as well. Everything looks natural and refined, which is likely why they have many clients returning for treatments over several years.
For a Knightsbridge-based clinic, we can say their prices are favourable. Given the level of experience, consultation time, and lasting results, the value for money is strong.
