We reached out specifically about debris disposal, and they confirmed it’s not a problem for them. They also offer specialised treatments like hardwood floor revitalising and odour elimination, which adds even more value.
We also really love that they use eco-friendly cleaning products. This is not only good for the environment but also ensures the clients and their kids are not exposed to harmful chemicals.
Plus, they’ve invested in professional-grade equipment, including machines with HEPA filters.
What really stood out to us? They have a mobile app for booking. That’s a big point for us since most companies only have online forms for booking.
We also like how transparent they are with pricing. One living room usually costs £50. One bedroom is £120 and £180 for two. It’s not the cheapest, considering extras like window cleaning are still not included.

We found their after builders cleaning service well-organised. They start with planning and assigning cleaning operatives before the actual cleaning of your property.
When the work is done, you’re given before-and-after photos along with a report for you to check. If you’re not satisfied, they offer a 48-hour window where they’ll return and clean again at no extra cost, which adds a layer of reassurance.
The cleaning is thorough, though, so they rarely need to return. Corners, nooks, and hard-to-reach areas don’t seem to be overlooked. The previous clients we talked to said the team was professional and helpful throughout.
Aside from that, they also offer additional services like jet washing and anti-viral sanitisation. Oh, many have also spoken highly of their upholstery cleaning, so it’s pretty much a one-stop-shop for all your cleaning needs.
For their fees, you need to call them for a quote. It depends on the number of rooms and square metres, so it’s hard to give an absolute price before consultation.
The only thing we’re concerned about is the attitude of the staff on the phone. Some customers (including our researcher who reached out to the team) found the staff somewhat unfriendly.

Talking about the living wage, we noticed that they also care for their cleaners. They make sure their staff are provided with continuous training to improve their service.
Focusing on their after builders cleaning service, we’re glad they’re insured. We also love that their cleaners come with supervisors to oversee the process and check the results.
We talked with their past clients, and they’re happy with their cleaners’ communication skills and initiative. Some of their clients have been with them for years now and still get consistent, spotless cleaning!
