What I like about London Washing Machine Repairs is that you deal directly with Leigh rather than being passed around a call centre. With around 25 years’ experience, he’s clearly spent plenty of time elbow-deep in temperamental washing machines.
He can often troubleshoot faults over the phone before arranging a visit, which saves a fair bit of faff. His flat labour fee also covers the call-out, though replacement parts can still add to the final bill.
I’d also keep him in mind if an old machine finally gives up during a kitchen refresh. Installation is part of the service, so replacing one needn’t become another weekend project.
The main drawback is the narrow service range. He focuses on washing machines and washer-dryers, so ovens, dishwashers and other appliances will need a different engineer.
