Good Old Clean won my heart when I found out that carpet, oven, and window cleaning are included in their service. Usually, companies treat these as add-ons with extra charges—especially oven cleaning.
I hired them precisely because of their all-encompassing cleaning service. It saved me the hassle of coordinating multiple services just to meet the landlord’s strict end-of-tenancy requirements.
On the day of the cleaning schedule, they arrived just in time. They were very communicative and responded quickly to my emails, and were also like that on the day they cleaned my flat. They were patient and never once seemed annoyed or rushed.
One of their biggest strength, in my opinion, is that they offer same-day service. This is beneficial for those in need of urgent end-of-tenancy cleaning
However, they operate in relatively limited areas within London. They don’t cover West London, which is a shame.

Their detailed cleaning checklist also caught my eye. They clean all nooks and crannies of the kitchen, bedroom, and toilet. Oven cleaning is also included in the pricing, which is a refreshing change from the usual upcharges other companies sneak in.

I was very impressed with Top Cleaning GB’s over 20 years of experience. Their years of cleaning various types of flats have made them extremely reliable when it comes to end-of-tenancy cleaning.
Most of their former clients I spoke to love their excellent attention to detail. They happily shared how the team’s meticulousness saved them from the trouble of not getting their full deposit back.

Another great thing is their relatively long re-clean guarantee. You can contact them within seven days when issues arise, and they will clean your flat once again for free. The industry-standard re-clean guarantee is within two or three days.
Some of their clients I spoke to also shared that the team works super fast. One of them even told me that they cleaned her flat in less than three hours.
Their ability to operate throughout London and its surrounding cities is also a huge advantage. This ensures you have reliable end-of-tenancy cleaners to reach out to regardless of your location.
The only disadvantage they have is that they charge a £10 fee for picking up the property key from the estate agents. This is usually free for some companies.

I love Busy Bee’s comprehensive end-of-tenancy cleaning service. All small appliances you can think of are included in their standard service. This is great for flats with many appliances, as some companies charge extra for such service.
I was amazed by how fast they issued a quote to me. In just around 30 minutes, they produced a detailed quote about the specifics of the service I inquired about.
Additionally, their numerous additional services are a green flag. They can clean your balcony, extra toilet, and bedroom at a very reasonable cost.
One of their clients I spoke to loves how professional their cleaners are. He told me how satisfied he was with the service, particularly with the team’s manner of sending photos after they had finished cleaning.
However, some people told me that their cleaners were late on the agreed-upon time. It wasn’t a big deal for them, though, as they received a good cleaning service overall.
