Another nice thing is that they’re open daily. This means you can set an appointment with them at your convenience.
Additionally, I appreciate that they manufacture roof panels right in your eyes. This allows you to be involved in the installation process.
However, what I love most is that they have a speciality. They take pride in being proficient in standing seam metal roofing. It’s a roofing system where flat metal panels are connected with raised, interlocking seams.
The catch is that as a family-owned business, they operate with a relatively small team. This significantly affects their availability.

I love that Zinc Traditional Metal Roofing is proud of the over a hundred metal roofing projects they have taken on. They slightly bragged about this to me during our conversation.
I also love that they provide services throughout the city. It makes me happy when excellent service providers bring their services to a wider range.
Additionally, I appreciate that they offer several types of metals. This means you have the privilege to choose. Some of the metals they use are copper, zinc, and aluminium.
What I appreciate most is that they conduct a free on-site inspection. This shows their genuine intention to help people.
Aside from metal roofing, they also offer a handful of other services. Some are roof extensions, cladding, and roof structure making.
The only disadvantage they have compared to other companies is their short operating hours. They’re only open eight hours every weekday.

I was amazed at Obsidian Roofing’s 24/7 commitment to their business. Imagine having a great company that you can contact all the time.
For their roofing services, they mainly use lead as a material. Based on my research, lead roofs are great because they can last for a century with proper maintenance and installation.
Aside from lead, they also use several non-metal materials. These are ethylene propylene diene terpolymer (EPDM) rubber roofs and flat roofs made of polyvinyl chloride (PVC).
Their numerous other services are a plus for me. They provide services such as tiling, moss removal, and many more.
Last but not least, I love their extensive portfolio gallery. It perfectly displays the excellent work they have done throughout the years.
However, if you want other types of metal on your roof aside from lead, that can’t happen. They only use lead metal on all their projects.

This contractor produces videos and photos to demonstrate what work has been done or needs to be done because many people cannot go up on a roof to check! Armoured Roofing is another company on my list that is available 24/7. This means you can always contact them when you need urgent solutions to your roof problems.
I appreciate the range of roofing services they provide. Aside from installing new metal roofs, they also offer maintenance, repair, and more.
I also appreciate their portfolio gallery. You can see from the photo that they consistently do the proper installation of metal roofs in the city’s various areas.
Apart from their roofing services, they also offer other services. One of them is chimney repair services. They can either waterproof your chimney or install a chimney cap on it.
They provide guttering services too. They offer gutter installation, repair, and cleaning services.
That said, they are relatively new to this industry compared to other companies on this list. This could discourage potential clients from hiring them. But believe me, they will not be on my top list for nothing.
