As we sort through client interviews, we noted multiple mentions of detailed consultations. In particular, clients loved that costs, examinations, and follow-ups have been covered. This made them more confident when committing to a treatment.
Another thing worth noting is that they can accommodate emergency dental cases, with flexible weekday and weekend hours. We even discovered cases in which the treatments were offered for free or at a low cost for existing clients.
We just want to highlight, though, that out of all the clinics we tested for booking, this is among the ones that’re difficult to book a slot for. It’s not impossible, but booking at least 2 weeks is better.

This is not surprising as their offerings are great, covering services such as metal braces, veneers, general dentistry, implants, and facial aesthetics.
Their team also includes 80 trained professionals. But beyond the scope of skills, it’s the fact that they provide a multilingual approach that draws clients in. We think this is advantageous for tourists who need emergency services.
We can summarize their consultation process as smooth and comfortable. To be more specific, clients emphasised that they clearly explain x-rays, treatment steps, and aftercare instructions to ease anxiety.
Their transparent costs are also a major factor. This removes uncertainties from the clients, while also being competitive than most clinics in the area.

Dr. Chaw-SU Kyi, who leads this clinic, is best known for her highly skilled and knowledgeable approach to treatments. The clinic covers a wide range of services, including Invisalign, braces, composite bonding, and hygienist care.
The thing we loved the most was how consistent her results are. Looking into before-and-after photos and notes, improvements are immediately noticeable. Clients shared their experiences too, saying the results were long-term.
To achieve these awesome results, we’re not surprised to see the advanced tech used in the clinic. Equipment includes 360-degree colour mouth scans and high-quality imaging.
Beyond this, their attitude and personality were kind and empathetic, helping alleviate any stress a client might feel. Their support was highly impressive, too – we met a client who said the clinic helped them during their relocation abroad to ensure continued care.
Treatments, however, are priced slightly higher than in most places in West London, even for relatively basic treatments. As with most popular places, too, it can be hard to book, though waiting times for new slots aren’t that long.

They specialise in Invisalign for adults, teens, and children – in fact, they’re recognised as an Apex Invisalign provider. This means they can successfully accommodate complex cases and are a reputable clinic for this procedure.
Across their 30 years of experience, clients, both long-term and new, all said similar things. They’ve consistently highlighted the professionalism, kindness, and friendliness of the team
The practice also uses cutting-edge tools, which made us confident about their services. One of our favourites has to be their Dental Monitoring App, allowing patients to scan teeth at home, reducing the need for in-clinic appointments (if nothing’s serious).
There are other notes of convenience that we liked, such as flexible appointment options that include virtual consultations. They even offer flexible financing options at 0%, which is a major help.
The only downside is that appointments fill up quickly, so those whose situations require in-person consultations may have a hard time.
