We had a busted powermatic heavy duty door closer that was preventing the front door closing and Tristan investigated online, when I sent him a photo, before he accepted the job. I also admire it for having a big heart in providing free CAD drawings for people who are planning to do a house renovation. This is a valuable touch that not many services really offer.
On top of that, they offer free service estimates to make it easier to plan ahead without any pressure. I think it’s a smart way to build trust and make their services feel more approachable to clients.
Their team is another highlight for me. With a relatively big team of experienced professionals, there’s a capable tradesman for every type of handyman service you may need.
What really won me over, though, was their impressive portfolio. You can see from their portfolio that their tradesmen are overly dedicated to what they do.
The only downside is that they only operate for six hours on Sunday, which can be a bit inconvenient since it’s typically the day most of us are free.

To top it all off, I love how efficiently their team works. Most of the clients I interviewed said their projects were completed quickly, even those that booked with a last-minute notice.
Punctuality is another big plus. Their tradesmen always arrive on time—being late just doesn’t seem to exist in their vocabulary, and I absolutely love that.
However, their team is relatively small compared to other handyman companies. This usually leads to limited availability, which can be really frustrating when you’re in an emergency.

Their work gallery is also impressive. It clearly showcases the range and quality of services they provide. And after visiting some of the projects in person, I can say they look just as good as they do in the photos.
I also appreciate the free consultation they offer. It allows clients to get expert advice without the need to pay.
However, I’m just disappointed that they don’t operate on Sundays. This can be limiting for clients with packed weekday schedules.
