How We Reviewed

  • Service Versatility: We checked if each company can handle it all, from heating in the winter to keeping you cool in the summer. It’s just easier when one team manages both your boiler and your AC.
  • Emergency Availability: Heating and AC always seem to break down at the worst times, so we paid extra attention to companies offering round-the-clock support.
  • Industry Certifications: When it comes to things like gas and refrigerant lines, you really want pros with the right credentials. We looked for important certifications like Refcom and F-gas to make sure the work gets done safely.
  • Customer Guarantees: A good warranty shows a company stands by their work. That’s why we highlighted installers who give you long warranties and dependable maintenance plans after the job is done.

Someone we talked to needed a new multi-split AC system in their flat and told us the team got it installed quickly and answered every question along the way.

On top of that, they’re just as handy with boiler repairs and even larger industrial heating systems. Their 24/7 availability is a big plus too, especially if your boiler decides to break down in the middle of the night.

But keep in mind, while they’re great with heating and air conditioning, they don’t offer ventilation services.

Pros

  • Provides residential and commercial boiler installation and repairs
  • Installs split, multi-split, and ducted air-conditioning systems
  • Offers commercial and industrial heating and cooling
  • Refcom certified for safe refrigerant handling

Cons

  • Lacks ventilation services

They really know their stuff

I booked these guys for a boiler service on the recommendation of a friend, whose boiler they’d fixed after another professional had failed to resolve the issue. It’s clear from the moment they arrive that they really know their stuff. Friendly and professional throughout, and they take the time to explain exactly what’s needed and why. Would definitely use again.

I highly recommend their service

Before I came across Aza and Sons I had contacted a few other companies, but they either gave me unrealistic timeframes or asked me to email them instead. I found Aza and Sons through a Google search received a call back immediately and had my air conditioning units serviced the very same day. I highly recommend their service and will definitely be using them again in the future

The Air Conditioning Company stands out by offering a generous 10-year warranty on their installations, as long as you stick to their annual servicing plan.

They make things easy from the start with a free site survey, so you can see all your options before spending any money.

If you’re unsure about what would work best for your home or office, you can drop by their dedicated showroom, where you’ll find different wall-mounted and ceiling-mounted units on display.

According to a customer we spoke to, the staff were helpful and took the time to explain noise levels on some of the low-wall-mounted models. The company covers all of Greater London and provides both permanent installations and portable AC rentals, too.

  • Operates a dedicated showroom to view running systems
  • Installs a wide range of configurations including ducted units

A very professional job inside and out with high-quality materials

From start to finish the Aircon company were great to deal with. The initial survey was conducted promptly after my inquiry and a quote quickly received. On the installation date, the engineer arrived promptly and worked very efficiently, he was exceptionally clean and tidy and even re-hung a heavy mirror for me which had to be moved to accommodate the Aircon unit. A very professional job inside and out with high-quality materials. Would highly recommend.

Very professional service from a well-established company

Residential AC install in a London townhouse. Very professional service from a well-established company that also has a decent show-room. Multiple home visits to estimate cost and then survey where to install, with detailed project plan provided before install date set. Various options provided and I was consulted at all stages. Neat install job.

Very fast and efficient company

Ali & Jhonal from service and Alp, Ilyas & Osama from the installation team were great from start to finish. From enquiry to finalising installation of 3 AC units in our house took under two weeks with consistent communication from BeCool. Very fast and efficient company & they beat the quotes from various other AC companies. Super happy with the final installation and would recommend to anyone thinking about getting a residential AC unit. Thanks again

I cannot thank them enough

The company owners and employees are very professional and understandable. They diagnosed the problem and managed to repair my Cold Room very efficiently. There service is highly valued as any refrigeration failure can be costly to our stock if not repaired immediately. I cannot thank them enough for handling the emergencies so professionally!! Would recommend to anyone

Hilton and team installed an ASHP at our property, it’s been a great addition.

The whole process from consultation, to design and delivery has been handled with professionalism.

Hilton has patiently worked through the details and my questions during the entire process. We have ended up with a system that just hums (quietly) along.

Would recommend to anyone looking for a reliable partner in your Heat Pump journey

Hilton was very knowledgeable

After my usual heating engineer retired,  I was recommended Warm and Cool London. They came promptly and did a great job servicing my Vaillant boiler. Hilton was very knowledgeable and also sorted out a couple of issues. He noticed the diverter valve slightly leaking and organised with Vaillant to fit a new one under warrenty. He also fitted a new filling loop, which later in the day developed a fault. They came back quickly and sorted it out with no fuss.

Warm and Cool were on time,  friendly, professional and reasonably priced. I’ll definately use them again!
