Walking into a martial arts centre can feel overwhelming, but London Fight Factory breaks the mould by offering a brilliantly structured Muay Thai program. They cover everything from absolute beginner classes to intense sparring sessions.
You get clearly separated sessions, so novices aren’t thrown into the deep end with advanced students right away. Their coaches do an amazing job tailoring the drills, mixing pad work with clinch techniques to keep things fresh.
Our friend started training here last year, and he raved about how quickly his striking fundamentals improved without ever feeling out of place.
We also love that they offer kids’ sessions, making it an awesome family-friendly choice.
On the downside, they close on Sundays, so you have to pack your weekend training into Saturday.

Incredible vibe and top-tier coaching
I’ve been training Muay Thai at LFF since January 2025, and to be honest, I’m extremely happy with my development. The coaches have an incredible approach and didactic style, and the overall vibe of the gym is consistently motivating.
What really sets LFF apart is the environment: you’re often training alongside athletes of different levels, which pushes you to improve and stay focused. The coaches themselves are highly experienced, many of them having real competition backgrounds, so every session feels purposeful and technically solid.

A splendid setup for any martial artist
I’ve been training at LFF in muay thai for a few months now, and I can really recommend it to anyone who wants to start their martial arts journey. China and Anton are two splendid muay thai coaches, very attentive to detail and welcoming.
The gym offers many different martial arts under the same roof, which makes it very convenient if you want to train in other arts and/or MMA.
Classes start on time, and the schedule is packed with classes, including early in the morning and late in the evening.

Fantastic environment for kids
My son trains at Sabaide Muay Thai Academy and we are very happy with it. He absolutely loves it.
The coaches are very professional and know how to work well with children. They first explain the techniques, demonstrate them clearly, and guide the students step by step during training.
They teach discipline, respect and confidence while keeping the classes enjoyable. The environment is positive, supportive and motivating.
I highly recommend it for kids who want to learn Muay Thai.

An amazing, supportive community
For me, training Muay Thai isn’t just about the sport, it’s about being part of a like-minded community who train humbly and support each other. If this resonates with you, then Sabaidee is the place for you! I have been training with Aaron for the past four years, and without him I wouldn’t still be training muay thai! His teaching style, sense of humour, and above all his dedication to his students is why they follow him. The friendly coaches and students at Sabaidee create a safe and fun environment for people of all levels. I highly recommend!

Their Brixton location features a fantastic six-week beginner course that meticulously covers essential striking techniques.
Actually, we booked a mobile session with them a few months ago, and doing pad work in the local park under the sunshine was an incredibly refreshing way to learn.
Unfortunately, they don’t offer a free trial, requiring you to pay for a single class to test the waters. Plus, their fighters’ membership is strictly by invitation only.

My second home with real champions
I’ve been coming here since Head Coach James started doing Muay Thai lessons 8 years ago and it’s now my second home! The coaches and people here are all lovely and genuine and and I’ve made some great friends as well as learning from champions! The atmosphere is so friendly and everyone is encouraging I wouldn’t go anywhere else. If you want to learn from real experts and champions or just want to get fit this is the place to go!

Friendly, accessible, and surprisingly huge!
Went for a few drop-in muay thai sessions in Brixton after being invited by friend.
I was amazed at the size of the venue – so much more on offer than I expected from the outside alone.
The class was really friendly and the drills were accessible. Challenging but still at your own pace/intensity.

4. Fightzone London

Website:https://fightzonelondon.co.uk/
Address: 16–22 Pritchards Road
Contact: 020 7729 3907 | [email protected]

Finding the right intensity level is effortless at Fightzone. This is thanks to their extensive timetable that features separate introductory, beginner, mixed, advanced, and sparring sessions.
Their structured approach means you can comfortably learn the ropes before graduating to harder classes.
They also host a free women-only sparring session on the first Sunday of every month, which is a fantastic confidence builder.
We highly recommend taking advantage of their generous seven-day free trial to experience their coaching style firsthand.
While the children’s program runs smoothly throughout the week, the adult schedule lacks regular Muay Thai classes on Sundays. You also need to invest in specific gear like 14-ounce gloves for certain sessions.

A true family atmosphere with great coaches
Have a blast training here. The coaches are so welcoming and friendly, you can definitely feel the family atmosphere. Love training Muay Thai here, they have a range of classes from intro, through to advanced as well as regular sparring sessions weekly. Jose, Carlotta and Liz are the best coaches and assistant coaches here. Would recommend having more female only classes in the future.
Amazing attention to detail and cleanliness!
I started at Fightzone to practice Muay Thai and I couldn’t be happier with my choice!
The coaches are extremely good, and they can become your friends, with one single class having 4 coaches/staff members checking and correcting your movements.
The support from the reception and the whole team is great and the school takes hygiene really seriously, with the mats being clean after every single class.
The school offers great value for money and I couldn’t recommend them enough! 🙂

Employing expert coaches straight from Thailand gave them the phenomenal reputation for producing national and international champions. You might think that sounds intimidating, but they offer beginner sessions designed to teach you fundamentals.
The junior and cadet classes for kids starting at age six are equally impressive too.

The best spot in london for serious training
Has been more than a year I’m going to Diesel Gym training Muay Thai and I’ve admit It’s the best gym in London for this combat sport, the coaches are simply the best; from Arnas, Elijah, Cameron, Stanimir, Sydney, Jimmy. I highly recommend if you want train Muay Thai seriously, I also like the timetables suitable to my schedule from morning to evening. The facility has showers and changing rooms, sauna, heavy bag area and weights room.

A truly life-changing experience
Started training Muay Thai at this gym 1 month ago and it has been a life changing experience. The coaches are great and the people that attend the gym are always friendly and focused on improving their technique. If you plan to park, it’s about £3 for 2 hours which is fairly cheap, better than no option to park close by. Sometimes the fit sense app you book on messes up but if you call the gym they’ll sort it out for you, honestly no faults and I plan to continue training here for a long time to come!
