1. Multi-Award Winning 7 Storey Home – Near Shoreditch

We recently stumbled upon this awesome spot in Shoreditch called the Multi-Award Winning 7 Storey Home. Now, we’ve seen a lot of places, but this one really caught our eye.
One of the coolest things about this place is the indoor swimming pool. It’s perfect for a refreshing dip after a long day of exploring the city or just lounging with friends and family.
We were also impressed with the on-site children’s playground and the electric vehicle charging station, which is honestly a nice touch for eco-conscious travellers.
The home itself is spacious and perfect for families or groups, with a PS4 to keep everyone entertained. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, oven, and microwave, made it easy to whip up a meal when we didn’t feel like dining out.
Now, we’re just a bit iffy about the parking situation. It’s on-site, which is great, but it’s quite small, so it may not accommodate guests with more than one car.

“Excellent location, on a relatively quiet side street but near a number of shops and restaurants and always taxis in the area if you need one. Plus a couple of Underground stops in easy walking distance. The owner was really responsive and helpful when needed. The house itself was better than expected and we enjoyed staying there. It would be exhausting without the internal elevator, as you have one room per floor, so you have to go up and down a lot, but the elevator worked well. It’s not a new house, so things were a bit worn, but it was comfortable and functional – plus it’s a 7 story house with its own elevator in the middle of London.”

“Expected just the usual 3 bedroom unit but wow! got a whopping 7 floors all to ourselves! Complete with a modern kitchen with giant glass windows, sophisticated mini cinema, balcony with a lovely view plus a sky roof lounge! When we arrived at Cosy Luxurious Family Home, it was clear this place was all about relaxation and luxury. This stunning holiday home, with its indoor swimming pool and free WiFi throughout, offers the perfect getaway for families and groups looking for a serene escape.
The villa boasts four spacious bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and oven, and a cosy seating area with a flat-screen TV. We loved the two bathrooms, especially the one with the hot tub – talk about unwinding in style.
The outdoor dining area was another favourite spot for our team, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco. Speaking of meals, the on-site family-friendly restaurant offers delicious options for dinner, lunch, and even cocktails.
However, some of the customers we talked to mentioned they wished there was a welcome book with all the necessary information about the house. We think it would be a helpful addition to an already fantastic stay.

“We stayed at Swati’s beautiful villa over Christmas and are more than pleased with our choice! It is a large, comfortable house with plenty of space for our group of six. It was beautifully (X-mas) decorated, fully equipped, and spotlessly clean. The garden is huge and beautiful with a jacuzzi, sauna and a grill. Additionally, it is in a very quiet and safe neighbourhood, not far from Central London. Swati, the host, is very nice and helpful. We will be back next Christmas for sure!!”

“This property was ideal. We were getting together as a family for a graduation in London and wanted to spend a few days together. Some family members were flying in from Finland and others coming from the north of England. So, the key box was great as whoever got there first could pick up the keys. The house is spacious yet cosy – ideal when you have 6 adults together. It is fully equipped with kitchen appliances, and crockery etc. There was even an EU to UK travel plug handy for our Finnish family members! Everywhere was spotlessly clean and it was decorated to a very high standard. The garden area was amazing with a spacious covered area where we could chill with a book and a glass of wine after a sauna and hot tub. Very relaxing. We were only 5 mins from shops and the bus stop (a 45 minute journey into central London). And the owners were great – didn’t bother us but got straight back to us when we had any questions.”

When we stepped into this stunning family home, we were immediately struck by its warmth and sophistication. With five double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, and four WCs, it’s the perfect spot for families or groups looking for a spacious and luxurious retreat.
What we like most about this property is its thoughtful layout. With a total area of about 320 square metres, there’s plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.
The property itself sits on approximately 2600 square metres of land, offering a beautiful garden view and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy.
The private pool is another fantastic feature, although it’s only available seasonally. We do have to mention that the pool isn’t fenced off, so supervision is a must for non-swimmers.
The villa has a gym for those who like to stay active. Those looking to unwind, on the other hand, can relax in the bar area after a long day.
The villa is also equipped with free WiFi and a dedicated workspace, making it easy to stay connected while on vacation or working remotely.

“Very smart and modern accommodation. Everything was spotlessly clean. Comfy King size bed with plenty of room in the large bedroom. Didn’t need to use the cooking facilities, but everything was good quality and very clean. The only slight negative is that we found the sofa a bit uncomfortable. 5 minutes walk to Falconwood Station, and Harvesters pub with great food. When we visited the Luxury 10,000 Sq Ft 7-bed Mansion, we were absolutely blown away by its opulence and space.
One of the highlights for us was definitely the heated indoor pool. It’s a fantastic feature that adds a touch of luxury and relaxation to your stay.
We also loved their game room, which is complete with a pool table and darts board. The luxury cinema room, which is equipped with large sofas and an Amazon Fire Stick, is also the perfect spot for movie nights.
The mansion’s two-acre landscaped garden is also impressive. It features a moat, fountains, and a large grass area. The gated parking space also ensures security and convenience for multiple vehicles.
While we were impressed with the mansion’s luxury and amenities, a few customers we talked to mentioned issues with water damage in certain areas. Additionally, some guests noted that there were no toiletries provided, which we think should be improved for a more seamless experience.

The place is extremely warm, spacious and tastefully decorated. The property is equipped with everything a large group would need. This place is a former warehouse that’s been transformed into a luxurious oasis. It honestly has everything you could ever want for a truly unique stay.
Each of the four en suite bedrooms boasts both a bathtub and a shower, ensuring a relaxing stay for all guests. The house also features five and a half bathrooms, making it incredibly convenient for larger groups.
Their private indoor pool, though, is undoubtedly the star attraction. Heated and open 24 hours a day, it comes with pool toys and provides fun for everyone throughout the year.
Additionally, the house includes a sauna that’s perfect for unwinding after a busy day exploring the city.
Another big plus is that pets are allowed, making this an excellent choice for pet owners who don’t want to leave their furry friends behind.
However, we do have to mention that there is no welcome book that states instructions for using the amenities. This could potentially leave some guests confused or inconvenienced.

“Our family of five were greeted by Phillippa and her son, they were both so accommodating and lovely..they walked us around the rooms of the house and ensured any questions we had were answered. My daughters were elated with the welcome basket of goodies…their favourite item was of course the cupcakes!!! We have a few picky eaters in the family so, we were very happy to have a plethora of great restaurants to choose from that would satisfy all…..Thai, Italian, Japanese, etc all were fantastic places that we frequented and in walking distance…There was also a market within minutes so, we were able to pick up some snacks, fruits and veggies….and they also offered fresh pastries! I personally enjoyed the Green Man, which is a local pub right at the end of the street (less than a minute walk)…I was able to meet up with some local friends which was wonderful. Loved the pool, sauna & rooftop terrace. Location is PERFECT! Hope to be back again in the future! Thx to all!”
