Thiru recently installed our CCTV and alarm system. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He was always available to answer our questions, and arrived on time. Especially comparing our experience to our last engineer, his service has really stood out. The CCTV system itself is impressive, with two way audio, event detection that can be configured for each camera, and an option to enable/disable the strobe light/alarm. To reduce false positives you can set up line detection/intrusion detection for specific areas with push notifications for the scenarios you’ve configured.
