How I Reviewed
Specialized Qualifications: I checked if each therapist has proper training and certifications for maternity and postpartum care. Knowing they understand pregnancy anatomy helps create a safer and more comfortable experience.
Treatment Flexibility: I looked at how each provider handles changes during pregnancy, including easy rescheduling options or home visits. Flexible services can make appointments much less stressful.
Comfort and Safety: I focused on the steps taken to support both mum and baby during each session. Proper side-lying positions and pregnancy support pillows were important factors in my review.
Value and Accessibility: I compared pricing and how easy each service is to access. Affordable care and comfortable locations can make regular treatments easier to maintain.

It was magic from start to finish. She has the best energy and incredible technique, and made the whole process so comfortable, relaxing and healing. It was also my first time at Masaj, and will definitely be back and booking in with Diana!

Intuitive Technique for Pregnancy Relief
I am currently 30 weeks pregnant and was given the green light by my doctor to get a massage after months of bed rest. I booked a 60 min prenatal massage with Raymond and my body hasn’t felt this great in months! Raymond was very friendly, polite, and professional. He checked in multiple times about the room’s temperature, my comfortability, and his massage pressure. His technique was very intuitive and he was excellent at finding and working out the problem areas along my neck and back.
I would definitely recommend Raymond for your next massage, whether prenatal, sports, or remedial!

Address: 7 Spring Bridge Mews
Contact: 4 4075 4404 5612 | [email protected]

The Soma Room makes long-term pregnancy care simple by supporting expectant mothers from the 13th week right through to birth.
The specialist maternity therapists here tailor each session to changing needs. They even use a moulded pregnancy pillow that lets many clients lie comfortably on their front, a feature that’s not easy to find elsewhere.
As your pregnancy progresses, care stays flexible. Home visits are available for vulnerable clients, making treatment easier when travelling isn’t ideal.
Some workplace wellness schemes may also help cover the cost of appointments, and massage packages never expire. That means sessions can be booked whenever they fit your schedule without the pressure of a time limit.
Keep in mind that the clinic isn’t wheelchair accessible because of a short flight of stairs. Treatment rooms also aren’t designed for couples massages, in case you’re looking for a pre-birth massage bonding session with your partner.

Comfortable and Professional Pregnancy Massage
I had an absolutely wonderful pregnancy massage at The Soma Room. My therapist was lovely and extremely good, discussing my needs carefully with me beforehand and spotting issues I hadn’t thought to raise. She also gave me some great practical ideas for resolving some of my aches and pains. Very cute little studio. Finally, they have a pregnancy cushion that allows you to be massaged face down – revolutionary!
